To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk67 shall not be liable for:
pk67's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
pk67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk67 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification. Minor administrative changes (such as contact detail updates or typographical corrections) may be made without specific notice.
If you object to any change in these Terms, your recourse is to cease using pk67 and close your account. Continuing to use pk67 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
