Account & Registration

Visit the pk67 Register page, fill in your full name, email address, Pakistani mobile number (+92), date of birth, city, and a password. Confirm you are 18 or over and agree to pk67's Terms and Conditions, then click Create Account. A verification link is sent to your email — click it to activate your pk67 account. The whole process takes under two minutes.

No. pk67's Terms allow only one account per player. Duplicate accounts — even under different emails or mobile numbers — are a breach of the rules and result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you've lost access to a previous pk67 account, contact support to recover it rather than creating a new one.

You must be at least 18 years old. pk67 verifies player ages at registration and may request CNIC confirmation at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately and all transactions voided.

CNIC verification is not required to register or start playing at pk67. It becomes required when you make your first withdrawal. pk67 asks for a CNIC copy to confirm your identity and ensure withdrawals go to the correct person. This is standard KYC (Know Your Customer) practice and protects your account from fraud.

Log in to your pk67 account and go to Account Settings. You can update your mobile number, city, and communication preferences from there. Changes to your registered email address or date of birth require identity verification — contact pk67 support with your CNIC details to process those changes.

If money left your account but hasn't credited to pk67 within 30 minutes, contact pk67 support and share the transaction ID or screenshot from your mobile wallet. Aviator Game

Aviator is a crash-style game. Each round, a plane takes off and a multiplier climbs from 1x upward. You place a bet at the start of the round and cash out at any point before the plane flies away (crashes). If you cash out in time, your stake is multiplied by the multiplier at the moment you cashed out. If you don't cash out before the crash, your bet is lost. The minimum bet per Aviator round at pk67 is Rs 50. The maximum bet varies by account tier. You can place two simultaneous bets in a single round — each with its own cash-out point — which many players use to hedge, cashing out one bet early for guaranteed profit while letting the other run for a higher multiplier.

Yes. pk67's Aviator game includes an Auto Cash Out feature. Self-exclusion at pk67 closes your account and blocks re-registration for a minimum period — 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. It takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the stated period. Your balance is held securely and returned to you when the exclusion period ends. pk67 stops all marketing communications during self-exclusion. Access the tool from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion.

A cool-off period is a short temporary break — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — during which you cannot log in or deposit at pk67. Your account balance is preserved and access returns automatically when the period ends. It's the right tool if you've had a frustrating session and want to step away without permanently closing your account. Activate it from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cool-Off.

For sports bets already placed, the bet stands regardless of connection — the outcome is determined by the real-world sporting event, not your connection status. For in-play bets not yet confirmed before the disconnect, the bet is not placed. For Aviator, if you disconnect after placing a bet but before cashing out, the Auto Cash Out feature (if enabled) will still execute at your set multiplier. If Auto Cash Out was not set and you disconnected, the round is resolved at the crash point — there is no refund for completed crash rounds. Contact pk67 support if you believe a connection issue resulted in an incorrect outcome.
